Paisley Cottage is based on Dowkers Lane in the heart of the town. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment. It is a modern two double bedroom cottage, with two en-suite shower rooms. A separate lounge and kitchen, diner. Based in an historic yard off the main street, (Highgate), right in the heart of Kendal. A stones throw from The Brewery Arts Centre, restaurants, bars, takeaways. shops, yet opposite Abbot Hall Park and the river Kent and views of Kendal Castle. Each room hosts a Smart Wifi flat screen TV. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Neff appliances. iron & ironing board and hairdryers in both bedrooms. Complimentary access to the nearby hotel to use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

Pricing
The prices quoted for your stay are fully inclusive and there are no extra charges for booking fees, credit/debit card fees. There are no meter or charges for Fuel/Electricity/WI-FI.
Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of £150 which will be returned in full within 7 days of your departure,, provided there are no accidents or incidents. We know accidents happen and we are reasonable in what we ask to be covered by this deposit. In the majority of cases, the deposit is returned in full.
Availability & Late Bookings
Last minutes bookings, flexible stays and changeover dates are always considered. Please email or telephone. If you book more than six weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full stay value is required. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.. If your stay is within 6 weeks of your proposed arrival date, we will require full payment. Reservations will be held for 2 days while appropriate funds are transferred into our account. All payments are to be made by BACS
Directions
Full directions will be supplied prior to your check in date together with the key safe code..
Arrival and Departure
Check in is after 3 pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare the property in time for the next guests.
Parking
Paisley Cottage sits adjacent to Kendal Bowman Pay & Display car park. Currently a 3 day stay is priced at £21.20 and has the benefit of using the ticket in various locations throughout South Lakes.
Pets
For the comfort of all of our guests who may suffer from allergies we unfortunately do not accept pets.
