Sleeping up to four guests, the cottage features two beautifully furnished ground floor bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed, providing flexible accommodation.
Upstairs, you'll find a bright and spacious separate lounge, kitchen and dining area, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring the Lakes. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality Neff appliances, including a dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, together with all the cookware, crockery and utensils you'll need for a comfortable self catering stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, and every room is equipped with a Smart TV. Hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, fresh bed linen and towels are all provided for your convenience.

Pricing
The prices quoted for your stay are fully inclusive and there are no additional charges.
Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of £150 which will be returned in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no accidents or incidents. We know accidents happen and we are reasonable in what we ask to be covered by this deposit. In the majority of cases, the deposit is returned in full within 7 days of your departure.
Availability & Late Bookings
Last minutes bookings, flexible stays and changeover dates are always considered. Please email or telephone. If you book more than six weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full stay value is required. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If your stay is within 6 weeks of your proposed arrival date, we will require full payment. Reservations will be held for 2 days while appropriate funds are transferred into our account. All payments are to be made by BACS
Directions
Full directions will be supplied prior to your check in date together with the key safe code..
Arrival and Departure
Check in is from 3 pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare the property in time for the next guests.
Parking
Paisley Cottage sits adjacent to Highgate (Bowman) Pay & Display car park.
Pets
For the comfort of all of our guests who may suffer from allergies, we unfortunately do not accept pets.
Additional Information
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at this property. Guests must not use any internal or external electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles.
