Welcome to School House Kendal, a beautifully appointed holiday home offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and convenience. Nestled beside the picturesque River Kent and just a short stroll from Kendal's vibrant town centre, School House is the ideal base for couples, families and friends looking to explore the Lake District National Park.
Sleeping up to six guests, the property has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a relaxing home from home experience. Upstairs you'll find three beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with its own en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom also offers a king-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom complete with a full sized bath and separate walk in shower, making the house ideal for families and groups of friends. There is a downstair WC in the hallway.
The spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax after a day exploring the Lakes, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Facilities include a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all the essential cookware, crockery and utensils. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, luxury bed linen and towels ensure every comfort has been considered.
Guests also enjoy the convenience of private parking for two vehicles and easy self check in via a secure key safe.

Pricing
The prices quoted for your stay are fully inclusive and there are no additional charges.
Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of £150 which will be returned in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no accidents or incidents. We know accidents happen and we are reasonable in what we ask to be covered by this deposit. In the majority of cases, the deposit is returned in full within 7 days of your departure.
Availability & Late Bookings
Last minutes bookings, flexible stays and changeover dates are always considered. Please email or telephone. If you book more than six weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full stay value is required. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If your stay is within 6 weeks of your proposed arrival date, we will require full payment. Reservations will be held for 2 days while appropriate funds are transferred into our account. All payments are to be made by BACS.
Directions
Full directions will be supplied prior to your check in date together with the key safe code..
Arrival and Departure
Check in is from 3 pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare the property in time for the next guests.
Parking
School House has two parking spaces.
Pets
We do not permit pets.
Additional Information
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at this property. Guests must not use any internal or external electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles.
