School House is located on Castle Street, with two free parking spaces to the rear. As you enter through the arched door into the tiled hallway, you will feel the sense of space and tranquillity. To the left is the lounge with feature stone fireplace and Bose music system. The bay window faces St George’s Church and there is a feature stained glass window to the side. French doors lead to the dining kitchen, where you will find a dining table for 6 people, washer, dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob, and toaster, iron and ironing board.
From the hall way there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and large built in wardrobe. It looks out onto the church and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size bed with built in wardrobes, dressing table, comfy chair and two windows with lovely views over the River Kent and Gooseholme Park. The third bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and dressing table. The second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom with oversized bath and separate shower cubicle. All the bedrooms have wall mounted internet TV’s and hairdryers. Complimentary Wi-Fi, heating, fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Outside is a lovely cottage garden with patio for enjoying the sun or relaxing with a glass of wine.
Complimentary access to the nearby hotel to use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Pricing
The prices quoted for your stay are fully inclusive and there are no extra charges for booking fees, credit/debit card fees. There are no meter or charges for Fuel/Electricity/WI-FI.
Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of £150 which will be returned in full within 7 days of your departure,, provided there are no accidents or incidents. We know accidents happen and we are reasonable in what we ask to be covered by this deposit. In the majority of cases, the deposit is returned in full.
Availability & Late Bookings
Last minutes bookings, flexible stays and changeover dates are always considered. Please email or telephone. If you book more than six weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full stay value is required. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.. If your stay is within 6 weeks of your proposed arrival date, we will require full payment. Reservations will be held for 2 days while appropriate funds are transferred into our account. All payments are to be made by BACS
Directions
Full directions will be supplied prior to your check in date together with the key safe code..
Arrival and Departure
Check in is after 3 pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare the property in time for the next guests.
Parking
School House has two parking spaces adjacent to the property.
Pets
For the comfort of all of our guests who may suffer from allergies we unfortunately do not accept pets.
