SCHOOL HOUSE COTTAGE

School House Cottage is at the rear of School House. Just off Castle Street on Sleddale Gardens with off-road parking for one vehicle. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite showers. The first has a four poster king size bed overlooking the River Kent’s salmon jump. The second bedroom has two single beds.  Each bedroom has a TV, wardrobe area and hairdryer.  Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. complete with a large 49” internet TV.  School House Cottage is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and heating.  You will be provided with fresh bed linen and towels. Complimentary access to the nearby hotel to use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Pricing

The prices quoted for your stay are fully inclusive and there are no extra charges for booking fees, credit/debit card fees. There are no meter or charges for Fuel/Electricity/WI-FI.

Security Deposit

We ask for a security deposit of £150 which will be returned in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no accidents or incidents. We know accidents happen and we are reasonable in what we ask to be covered by this deposit. In the majority of cases, the deposit is returned in full.

Availability & Late Bookings

Last minutes bookings, flexible stays and changeover dates are always considered. Please email or telephone. If you book more than six weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full stay value is required. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If your stay is within 6 weeks of your proposed arrival date, we will require full payment. Reservations will be held for 2 days while appropriate funds are transferred into our account. All payments are to be made by BACS.

Directions

Full directions will be supplied prior to your check in date together with the key safe code..

Arrival and Departure

Check in is after 3 pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare the property in time for the next guests.

Parking

School House Cottage has one parking space in front of the cottage.
